We borrowed this tool from the sheet metal industry because it works great for straigntening PTR headers, especially Modine's Ad-Tech heavy duty radiators. By straightening the headers first, the latching strips fit in the slots provided much more easily. This one step can really save you time during reassembly. Good for sheet metal applications too!.
